Don't miss out on these two sleeper-hit budget Android phone Black Friday deals

There's no shortage of unlocked Android phones that are being discounted for Black Friday, and while we've already selected a few of our favorites, two more have popped up that we think you should really consider if you're in the market for something in the mid-range/budget space.

Amazon's slashed prices for the Honor 7X and Honor View 10, offering savings of $30 and $150, respectively.

The 7X is the most affordable of the duo, coming in at a new low price of just $169. It was released back in late December of 2017, so while it isn't the newest device around, we did call it "the new budget champion" at that time. Almost a year later, the 7X still holds up quite well.

Its display is plenty big at 5.93-inches and has a Full HD+ resolution that looks great in day-to-day use. The tall 18:9 aspect ratio makes it look and feel like every other flagship phone that's on the market right now, and also contributing to that are slim bezels and a solid aluminum body. The dual 16MP + 2MP cameras on the back capture solid photos, the battery should easily get you through a day of use, and there's even a fingerprint sensor on the back.

If you decide to go with the 7X, there are only a couple things that might be irksome to some buyers. The phone uses the older micro-USB charging port, and while it has since been updated to Android Oreo, there aren't any plans for bringing Pie over to it.

For people with a bit more cash in their wallet, the Honor View 10 costs a little more at $349. However, seeing as how we were already damn impressed with it back in January at its MSRP of $499, it's an even more ridiculously good deal than it was before.

The View 10 offers upgrades across the board with a larger 5.99-inch screen, beefier battery, and a much faster processor that'll make it feel snappier in just about every way. It also has NFC for Google Pay support (something the 7X lacks), a USB-C port for charging, and a fingerprint sensor below the display. It also has the upper hand in the software department with a confirmed update to Android 9 Pie.
