Honor plans to bring its international devices to the U.S., announcement set for CES

As it works to grow its presence internationally, Honor (a sub-brand of Huawei) is planning an expansion to the U.S. in 2016. Speaking to journalists at a group interview panel in Shenzhen, China, president George Zhou said that Honor will debut with a set of its current international devices in the U.S., with new region-specific devices coming in the future.

The statement finally confirms what we've expected for some time, as Honor has worked on brand awareness and marketing in Europe as of late. Honor has also sent out invites to a press conference at CES in January, which lines up nicely for an unveiling of the brand to the U.S. Expect more on this front as we get into 2016.
